My passion has always been to discover potential in the unseen territories and nurture that talent with opportunities, training, and a global platform to grow and excel. My journey from a small town in India, Tiruchirapalli, to leading an international technology firm is deeply rooted in my commitment to nurturing talent. My philosophy has always been that a business’s success depends on empowering individuals, especially those from underrepresented or non-traditional academic backgrounds, and providing them the right environment to thrive.

Malaysia and its people have always held a special place in my heart. I have always loved the mixed and vibrant culture of Malaysia. In Malaysia, people from diverse nationalities have been presented with abundant opportunities over the years and have flourished remarkably. As the culture of Malaysia is very much in line with VDart’s values of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation, we had to expand here to harness this culture and create greater impact across the region. Thus, we strategically established VDart Malaysia as the ASEAN regional hub, which expanded our impact significantly by creating 2,000 new jobs locally alongside 1,000 positions in India. By growing our offices internationally while maintaining strong ties to our roots, we have successfully blended global scale with inclusive job creation, using expansion as a catalyst to nurture and empower digital talent worldwide.
My expansion strategies always embrace a “Trichy-first” hiring policy. VDart has grown from a small team to over 4,500 employees globally, with 400+ talent established in Trichy supporting worldwide operations.
Through VDart’s expansion into Malaysia and other countries, I have leveraged global outreach not just as a business strategy but as a means to create meaningful employment, skills development, and leadership opportunities for thousands of professionals. This people-first approach underlies the transformative impact that I have always aimed to have on communities and the technology industry alike.
