Sidd started his career as a door-to-door salesman before building his career in technology recruitment through persistence and talent. Sidd then reached a point in his life where he was a successful VP in the US, but he wanted to build something of his own. He then made the courageous decision to leave a stable job, sell his house and car, and start VDart in 2007 with just $500 and a strong, resilient attitude.
Launching his business from a small apartment in Atlanta during the peak of the global recession, Sidd was a man army who single-handedly managed sales, operations, and recruitment.
Despite the challenges, he secured three major clients in the first year and gradually built a multi-million dollar global company. Sidd was always driven by a deep desire to give back to his community in India. Which made him build VDart’s back-office in Trichy, creating hundreds of local jobs and transforming lives in his hometown.
